Here's how our operations flow
Scheduling and Rotation
We schedule full day visits at each facility, rotating every 1-4 months based on demand.
Our operational setup
We've discovered that establishing a treatment room on-site is optimal for the comfort of our senior community, especially those with dementia and mobility constraints. Where possible we encourage family members to be present on the appointment day.

Our team comprises skilled dental practitioners and professionals, including Dentists, Oral Health Therapists, Hygienists, Dental Prosthetics, and Dental Assistants.
Triage
In progressive dental practices, the implementation of a triage process for all patients, particularly in aged care settings, is paramount. This process, similar to that of a hospital setting, allows for thorough assessment and prioritisation of dental needs.
Our team has a collaborative approach ensures that every team member's perspective is valued and integrated into the treatment planning process. Dentists, Oral Health Therapists, Hygienists, Dental Prosthetics, and Dental Assistants each contribute their unique expertise and insights, resulting in a comprehensive and encompassing treatment plan. Triage Process
At every first appointment our Oral Health Therapist conducts a thorough triage for every new resident joining our Dental at Home community.
This triage process includes a Dental Examination, X-rays if required, intraoral and extraoral photo records, dental charting, teeth cleaning, and a report to the nursing home.
Additionally, we discuss findings with residents or resident's family and if the case is complex our dentists and therapists convene to discuss all gathered information and formulate treatment plan options to be presented to the resident or their medical decision-maker.
